This policy explains what data the pills.agency site collects, why, and what we do with it. Short version: we collect the minimum, sell it to no one, and use it only to reply to you and understand how the site performs.

1. Who we are

pills.agency is a digital agency by HeadPills. Send questions about this policy or your own data to hello@pills.agency.

2. What data we collect

• Contact form: name, email or Telegram, and message text, whatever you enter into the form yourself. Used only to reply to your request and discuss the project.
• Analytics (Google Analytics 4): anonymized visit data: which pages were opened, from which device and country. Used to understand what’s working on the site and what isn’t. This data doesn’t allow us to identify you personally.
• Cookies: technical cookies for the site to function (including remembering your chosen guide and your cookie choice) and analytics cookies from Google Analytics, only with your consent via the banner.

3. How long we keep it

Data from contact requests is kept for the duration of the project conversation, plus a reasonable period after, so we can pick up the context if you write again. Retention periods for analytics data are set by Google Analytics’ own settings.

4. Who we share it with

We sell nothing and share nothing for advertising. Technical providers who process data to run the site: hosting (Cloudflare) and analytics (Google). They process data under their own privacy policies.

5. Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, its correction, or deletion, write to hello@pills.agency. You can withhold or withdraw consent to analytics cookies at any time by clearing the site’s cookies in your browser.

If this policy changes, the current version will always be on this page.
